"I got a pair from Del Toro and..."
I got a pair from Del Toro and, yeah, I’m happy overall. The quality feels solid, the leather is nice, and the stitching looks really clean. They were a little stiff the first day, but, you know, they broke in well after that. They’re definitely not cheap, but they do feel better made than a lot of shoes I’ve ordered online. I’d probably buy from them again.

"Comfy enough, but the sizing’s kind of off"
They’re comfy overall, but they run a bit snug. I feel like the fit would’ve been perfect if the sizing wasn’t slightly off, so that’s on them a little.

"I really like the look of..."
I really like the look of these loafers. The design is clean and has a slightly bold feel without being too much. I’ve mostly worn them with jeans and they’re easy to style. Overall, they’re a solid pair if you want something a little sharper but still casual.

"I had to return a pair because..."
I had to return a pair because I accidentally ordered a half size too big (totally my fault). I emailed their support team and they got back to me the same day, which was a nice surprise, no weird back-and-forth or hassle.
The return label was simple to get, and my refund showed up faster than I expected. I ended up ordering the correct size right after that (figured I might as well), and overall the customer service was really solid.

"Shipping took too long"
I was getting impatient waiting for it to show up. It took longer than I expected, which was annoying, but at least it arrived in good condition.

"Sizing was close"
I ordered my usual size and they fit almost right. They felt little snug at first, but after wearing them once they loosened up and felt much better.
